Hi, I'm Nanà, some people know me from the website Fragile Desires.

Many years have passed and since 2013 I started this adventure.

I've become so passionate that it has become a job, and a continuous discovery!
I love making new prototypes... but the time factor is against me -.-'

I make every single order entirely by hand.
Every hood is designed, cut and sewn by hand.
I don't keep a warehouse.

Every single order is, in fact, produced at the time of fulfillment.

Why does it take time to receive it?
Because it is a job that requires concentration, a small mistake and the risk of throwing away material, time and above all money.

I'm a meticulous person and it gives me great satisfaction to make seams that are as symmetrical as possible, smooth curves and perfect hoods :D

I make your order, exactly like the ones I make for myself.
I use a women's "M" pattern.

Your satisfaction is important, your money has a value, and I cannot afford to belittle your sacrifice.

I can make one or two hoods at most in 8 hours of work.

For example, the "Alien Abduction" hood is one of the most complex.
It is composed of 21 parts, cutting them all takes almost two hours of work.

I apologize again for not being able to ship within three days, I do not let myself be served by a factory, or similar, I am a Roman artisan and I care about my Made in Italy ^.^

Materials and metal parts:

All products are made with Tuscany Lamb Nappa.
Metal part in burnished brass ( they cannot rust ), or nickel plated.

Production times:

Each order will not be earlier than 30 working days, starting from the day of purchase.

Timings are variable, It depends on the complexity of the orders received.

Shipment:

Packages are shipped via SDA courier.

Shipping times, from the moment of delivery to the courier:

About 1 week, for European shipments.
About 4 weeks, for non-European shipments.
A tracking number will be sent to you, so you can follow the shipped order.

Returns:

Due to the kind of the product, no returns are allowed.
Returns are not allowed, especially if the product is used improperly, for example by tightening the laces in an impetuous and extreme way.
